Introducing the ES&S DS 200 Voting System


On November 5, 2019, the voters of Mercer County will be using new voting machines, the ES&S DS 200 voting system. Voters with special needs will be provided with the option to use the ES&S ExpressVote Ballot Marking Device to complete their Ballot. Please use the links below to educate and prepare yourself for this new system.

Using the DS 200

All Mercer County voters will scan their completed ballots and cast their votes using the DS 200. Please read the guide referenced below or view the Instructional video on how to vote using the ES&S DS 200.

Monthly Drop-Off Station Flier




Express Vote (ADA Voters)

For Mercer County voters with special needs, you will first use ES&S ExpressVote Ballot Marking Device to complete your Ballot. Once your ballot is completed, you will then use the DS 200 to scan your ballot and cast your vote.
