PLEASE NOTE:No person or entity will be permitted to bid on any of the properties unless they register with the Tax Claim Bureau immediately prior to the start of the auction supplying all necessary information required AND depositing with the Tax Claim Bureau the amount of $1,000.00 either in cash or certified or cashiers bank check.  Said funds to be applied to the Bureau’s costs and bid associated with any property for which the bidder offered the highest bid at the auction, or if none, then said funds will be returned to the bidder.

TERMS OF SALE:  The high bid price plus deed acknowledgment fee, recording fee and realty transfer taxes, shall be paid to the Mercer County Tax Claim Bureau, 3 Courthouse, Mercer, Pennsylvania, 16137, in cash, money order or certified check, prior to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, June 7, 2021. The successful bidder shall deliver a Bidder Certification Form, sealed by public notary, upon payment of the total purchase and all deed recording expenses for the sale.
